This recently, luxuriously and lovingly renovated home is located up a historic road from the lively San Niccolo neighborhood of Florence. The city’s most famous viewing area, Piazzale Michelangelo, is also nearby. From different rooms in this multi-level house, guests can enjoy glorious views of the city and surrounding hills.
Ground Level:
The ground floor has an open kitchen with all the modern conveniences, a lovely dining room and an inviting living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests if needed. In addition to the stairs, this house is equipped with an elevator for guests’ convenience.
First Floor:
The first floor has 2 king bedrooms, each with its own terrace, and 2 marble bathrooms.
Second Floor:
The second (top) floor contains the master suite with a king bed, marble bathroom, walk-in closet and a large terrace with gorgeous views. A small loft above the bed contains a window that pops open for a view of the Duomo.
Lower Level:
As the house is built into a hillside, there is also a small basement level below the garden, which contains a nanny bedroom, laundry room and an additional small bathroom.
Grounds:
The private garden is beautifully maintained and has breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. There is a seating/dining area, outside grill and private parking.

Casa Niccolo is located in Via dell’Erta Canina, one of the most picturesque areas of Florence, characterized by an ancient walking path that leads from the banks of the Arno River in the historical center to the basilica of San Miniato al Monte. Between the two landmarks are winding, narrow roads that offer breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. A walking path from the house leads down a steep hill and directly into the San Niccolo neighborhood of Florence, which is known for quaint and delicious restaurants and cute shops.
