Q: Do I need to pay the entire rate for my stay upfront?
A: No, typically the villa or apartment owner will request a 30-50% deposit in order to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due to the owner somewhere between 30-60 days of the arrival date.

A: The co-founders of Tuscan Travel Group are two women who live in California’s Bay Area, but visit Tuscany frequently to keep their expertise fresh and up-to-date. They prefer direct contact with their clients over drop-down menus and limited expertise. They have personally hand-picked their properties and spend time curating and updating their portfolio regularly.

A: Currently, they do not represent properties outside the Tuscany region. Their expertise lies within the region of Tuscany, but have some additional information and recommendations on a limited scale for a few other towns and cities.
